Yoga gibt es in den verschiedensten Formen und Ausf\u00fchrungen. Von reinem Meditations-Yoga, \u00fcber Dehn\u00fcbungen, bis hin zu Akrobatik-\u00e4hnlichen Verrenkungen, Yoga ist gro\u00df. Und auch im Kletterbereich k\u00f6nnen die richtigen Yoga-\u00dcbungen zum Erfolg f\u00fchren. Stefanie Fischer Fern\u00e1ndez beschreibt das in ihrem Buch ClimbingFlex.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Schon in Chile hat Carlos nach dem Klettern Yoga praktiziert: \u201eMit Freunden in einer gro\u00dfen Gruppe haben wir gemeinsam an unserer Beweglichkeit gearbeitet,\u201c erkl\u00e4rt er. Das ist\u00a0 jetzt schon einige Jahre her und Yoga wird <a title=\"Alles, was man zum Klettern und Bouldern braucht gibt es hier im CAMP4 Webshop\" href=\"https:\/\/www.camp4.de\/kletter-online-shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">auch im Kletterbereich<\/a> immer beliebter. Grund genug f\u00fcr Stefanie und Carlos Fischer Fern\u00e1ndez beides miteinander zu verbinden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Verbindung von Yoga mit Klettern und Bouldern<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stefanie ist seit 2011 Trainerin f\u00fcr Yoga und progressive Muskelentspannung. Vorher hat sie auch schon Yoga praktiziert und bei zahlreichen Reisen durch Chile wurde sie auch vom Kletterfieber gepackt. Zur\u00fcck in Deutschland merkte Stefanie, dass es helfen k\u00f6nnte Yoga mit dem Klettern zu verbinden. Aber wie? Vorher, nachher, zwischendurch?<\/p>\n<p>Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Mann Carlos entwickelte Sie eine Form des Yoga, die es erm\u00f6glicht, genau die Partien zu trainieren, die man auch f\u00fcr&#8217;s Klettern braucht. <a title=\"Climbingflex Buch gleich hier im CAMP4 Webshop bestellen\" href=\"https:\/\/www.camp4.de\/climbing-flex\/buch-mit-yoga-beweglicher-klettern.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Climbingflex war geboren<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDie \u00dcbungen sind vor allem auf mehr Beweglichkeit im H\u00fcft- und Brustbereich ausgerichtet,\u201c erkl\u00e4rt Stefanie. \u201eDa aber jeder Kletterer seine eigenen Problemzonen hat, muss man nat\u00fcrlich offen sein f\u00fcr die richtigen \u00dcbungen.\u201c Wichtig sei, dass jeder f\u00fcr sich das passende herausfindet und nicht versucht einem starren Konzept zu folgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yoga Mythen gibt&#8217;s nicht mehr<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Einfach machen, lautet die Devise. Die Zeiten, als Yoga nur etwas f\u00fcr Birkenstock-Tr\u00e4ger und Leute mit dem Hang zum Esoterischen war sind l\u00e4ngst vorbei. Beinah jeder hat heute schon einmal Yoga probiert und in den Studios finden sich die Anzugtr\u00e4ger mit hippen Mamis und Papis, die durchgestylten Kreativen und die Bioladen&#8211;Studenten auf einem Haufen. So unterschiedlich sie auch sind, Yoga vereint.<\/p>\n<p>Und so vereint Climbingflex Klettern und Bouldern mit Yoga. Mit Yoga l\u00e4sst sich das Klettern also gezielt verbessern. Hat man mal nicht so viel Zeit an die Wand zu gehen, dann sind die richtigen Haltungen der perfekte Ausgleich um trotzdem \u201edran\u201c zu bleiben.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Stefanie hat diese Erfahrung selber gemacht: \u201eEs gab eine Zeit, in der ich wenig M\u00f6glichkeiten hatte f\u00fcr die Kletterei, aber ich habe regelm\u00e4\u00dfig meine Asanas, oder meine speziell ausgew\u00e4hlten Stellungen, praktiziert und bin so fit geblieben\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt sie. <a title=\"Alles zum Bouldern gibt es hier im CAMP4 Webshop\" href=\"https:\/\/www.camp4.de\/kletter-online-shop\/bouldern-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vor allem beim Bouldern<\/a> und an \u00dcberh\u00e4ngen hat sie das gemerkt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein richtiges WOW Erlebnis war f\u00fcr sie \u00fcbrigens das gezielte Bauchtraining: \u201eDas hat richtig etwas gebracht, meine\u00a0 Kondition ist nicht verloren gegangen und meine R\u00fcckenmuskulatur hat sich ganzheitlich ausgebildet.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Climbingflex auch f\u00fcr Profis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Auch unser CAMP4 Kletterexperte Nick will nun Yoga probieren, um noch besser zu werden. K\u00fcrzlich ist er beim Deutschen Lead Cup gestartet und obwohl er mit seiner Leistung zufrieden war, will er jetzt mit Hilfe von Climbingflex noch was raus holen: \u201eIch hab vorher noch nie Yoga gemacht\u201c, sagt Nick, \u201eaber jetzt hab ich mir das Buch gekauft und werde das ausprobieren.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Das Buch ist keine Wunderpille betonen Stefanie und Carlos, wichtig sei, dass der Kletterer sich die richtigen \u00dcbungen heraussucht und gezielt trainiert. \u201eEinmal in der Woche reicht dabei nicht. 20-30 Minuten an drei Tagen sollten es schon sein\u201c, wissen die Autoren.<\/p>\n<p>Eine kleine Yoga Session kann man \u00fcbrigens auch nach dem Klettern machen, zur Entspannung quasi. Aber die anspruchsvollen, fordernden \u00dcbungen haben an einem Klettertag nichts suchen, betont Stefanie zum Ende unseren Gespr\u00e4chs.
